1..NATIONAL HERALD.
The background of the national Jerald case was way before in the age of pandit jawahar lal Nehru.. Who started the newspaper for his interest.
Then the other main point in this arises when the BJP leader subramaniam swami
Had filled a complaint in the trail court in 2012 saying that the leader of the congress party are involved in cheating and breach of trust in the acquisition of associated journal limited by the young India private limited as assets worth crored of rupee had been transferred to the youth India private limited.
This is the main basic point under the consideration which is the red point ..

Swamy has alleged that the young India private limited had paid just 50 lakh of rupee to obtain the right to recover 90.25 crore of rupee that the associated journal limited had owned to the congress party given earlier as a loan to start the news paper once again..
.
The 76 % percent of the shares are of the congress leader sonau Gandhi and the Rahul gandi and the other 24 % shares are of their relatives..
.
From the above description a child of 15 year can also under that their is something illegal in the case.

We can not say who is wrong or who is right .. The right to state choice is given to the court ... So the court started his work and summons to the congress leader sonai Gandhi and the Rahul Gandhi to attend in the court in 19 December. ..

4.. They think that they are above the judicial system .

.so at last my free advice to the congress leader is that .. They should not deal with the democracy for their own cause and reason ...
And the judicial system is above .. The all.. Please respect it..

The statement from the aamir khan on the intolarence is like the earthquake in the politics of India .. Thr tooling party is defending them selves And some other allia.. alliance is saying that aamir is anti national and all that.. But we are not here to discuss the same .. First I will tell the important points regarding the statement ..
